Oats Dosa:-
In a bowl mix 1 cup oats with 2 cups of hot water n keep aside for 30 min.After 30 min add 1/4cup of water n mix well.
Heat oil in a kadai,add 1/4 cup chopped onion,2 green chillies,small piece ginger chopped,pinch turmeric powder,curry leaves n coriander leaves.
Saute the onion bcomes soft n turn off the flame. Add this to the oats along with salt n mix well.
Frying panil 1 thavi dosa mix ozhiche kanem kurache parathi,cover it with lid....edges crispy aayethinu sekshem dosa thiriche idukka.
Serve it with Ulli Chammant
